As "townies" we recognize the intrinsic value that can be placed on services or goods that can be provided as donations. Whether you are able to donate your time or services toward a fund-raising effort, or donate goods which can be auctioned at the ACS Relay as part of the team's fund-raising effort, we'd love to have your support.
If you or your organization are able to donate time or services, please contact the team at Townies4ACure@gmail.com with subject heading "event support". Even if we do not currently have a fund-raising event in the planning process when you contact us, we'll work with you for any future endeavors. We appreciate assistance with any of the following:
- manual labor (such as setting up tables, manning tables, etc)
- event and/or media coverage (such as radio spots, news releases, photographs, etc)
- event services or other support (such as space, discounted supplies, catering, music, etc)
If you or your organization are able to donate to the ACS Relay by providing vouchers for service, gift-cards, ot other sellable items such as art, furniture, and hand-crafted goods, please contact the team at Townies4ACure@gmail.com with subject heading "auction items" to recieve information on due dates, labeling, and drop-off of your particular item(s). Examples of items that have been donated for auction or that we look for:
- original paintings or other media art
- original photograph media (prints, postcards, etc)
- jewelry (men and women)
- other hand-crafted items or supplies
- restaurant vouchers
- activity or shopping vouchers
